At DC we understand your need to remain totally shielded from the prying eyes and ears of the staff at Uber and Lyft. We intend to create an environment where rideshare drivers could openly communicate, share ideas, experiences, assistance, and other discussions with each other. To allay fears of the corporate staff eavesdropping on your communications, we have implemented end-to-end encryption of each chat. Moreover, we have also incorporated language in the Terms of Use that expressly prohibits Uber or Lyft to create an account. A violation of our Terms of Use would violate federal and state laws, both criminal and civil.
